Cancellation Policy We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. Below outlines our cancellation policy: 1. Cancellations by the Customer: ·  For cancellations made prior to shipping, a full refund will be provided. ·  No cancellation is allowed and refunds for cancellations will not be issued after order is shipped. ·  In case of manufacturing defect, you will need to write to us by email (within 3 days after delivery) and we will coordinate the return with you.  If we find that there is a genuine defect (after inspection of returned goods in Unused and Original condition only), full refund will be issued. 2. Cancellations by Skyzz Apparels (www.skyzzclothing.com) ·  In the rare event that we need to cancel an order we will notify you as soon as possible. ·  You will be entitled to a full refund if we cancel and are unable to provide you the ordered product. 3. Refund Process: ·  Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment used for the original transaction. ·  Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account. 4. Contact Information: ·  For cancellations, modifications, or inquiries regarding our cancellation policy, please contact us at info@skyzzapparels.com
