Shipping is free for orders above Rs. 500/- Shipping costs for orders below Rs. 500/- will be shown before checkout. Products will be shipped within 48 hours of confirmed order (except on Sundays and public holidays) DUE TO COVID-19 SHIPPING IS DELAYED THAN USUAL. ORDER WILL BE CANCELLED FOR DELIVERY AREAS WHICH ARE IN CONTAINMENT ZONE OR IF DELIVERY SERVICE IS NOT AVAILABLE IN YOUR AREA. YOU WILL BE INFORMED ACCORDINGLY. PAYMENT MADE WILL BE RETURNED TO YOUR ACCOUNT WITHIN 7-10 DAYS IN CASE OF ORDER CANCELLATION FROM US.
Return and Exchange Policy
DUE TO COVID-19 SITUATION, RETURNS AND EXCHANGE OF GARMENTS IS NOT ALLOWED AS PER GOVERNMENT GUIDELINES. GOODS ONCE SOLD CANNOT BE RETURNED. CUSTOMERS ARE REQUESTED TO CHOOSE THE SIZE AND COLOR CAREFULLY. BELOW OLD RETURN POLICY IS ON HOLD UNTIL FURTHER INSTRUCTIONS OLD RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY Products can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery. Payment Refunds are applicable only in case of damaged product or delivery of incorrect size/colour (size/colour other than that ordered). Any physical damage to product by customer is not covered under return or replacement policy. Returns and Replacements are done free of cost if wrong products (incomplete sets or incorrect style), wrong sizes (size other than that ordered) or damaged products are received by the customer. Exchange Exchange is only accepted in case of any manufacturing defect, wherein you can sent the product back to us. The product you want to exchange should be sent within 7 days after delivery with the printed invoice of respective order. In case of fitting issues, we allow exchange for the same product with same specifications but with different size, wherein the courier charges will be applicable. We recommend you to follow size chart for best choice in size and fittings. *Note : Slight Colour difference is expected in final product and images displayed on product page depending upon screen resolution, brightness and light conditions during photography. Please email us with your order details at email@example.com in case you want to return/exchange a product. The details of the return (Order number, courier docket No or AWB No, and Reason for Return) should be shared with the Customer Support by email.
